Pontex presents a fashion made of elements that are fundamental to its style, like velvet, with its soft lines, and the uniformity of moleskin, in a well-balanced palette of colours that invites to navigate between discretion and extravagance
Attention, for the next cold season, is focused on evergreen moleskins and wide wale corduroy to realise “malleable and comforting” clothing, that continue to be rediscovered but adapted to the taste and needs of our Internal Style Office. It is a collection centred around the search for true beaty and comfort, able to offer an essential and timeless wardrobe.
Velvet and moleskin that last forever
Velvet and moleskin have always been a certainty: a great classic, that never goes out of fashion, to be explored through blazers and trousers characterised by soft and shiny texture and extreme practicality.
These fabrics for clothing give pleasant sensations thanks to their warm fluidity, comfort and functionality without forgetting the aesthetic value they give to each item of clothing.
We chose them for a refined and functional outdoor outfit, also in mixed compositions with modal and tencel for clothing fabrics with a super soft and sagging touch.
The combination of velvet with modal and tencel offers higher resistance, softness and lightness: clothing items realised with these fabrics maintain their elasticity also after several washings.
Exploit of colours, between discretion and extravagance
Velvet and moleskin for our Fall-Winter Collection 23/24 are proposed in a joyful palette that composes and mixes strong colours, discordant or relaxing, to create a unique and timeless style: the Azalea, so happy and joyous, always fashionable; the Testa di Moro (Dark Brown), deep and refined; the Night Green, saturated and dense, a dark colour that is fundamental in the palette of trendy colours; the Pistachio, soft and elegant.
All the corduroys that we propose can have 500,1000, 2000 stripes (different dimension of wale).

The utmost comfort and wearability: focus on Womenswear
The season of velvets by Pontex is mainly dedicated to womenswear, with a particular attention to comfort and wearability thanks to the composition of the fabric that includes the virtues of velvet combined with those of cotton, viscose, rayon, spandex.
A perfect combination to realise glamourous blazers and trousers.
A strong “self-confidence” is what leaks from this precious though simple Collection, in which elegance is obtained by subtraction, in which elegance does not need frills.
For our Fall-Winter Collection 23/24, we also added to velvets and moleskins: technical fabrics, couplings of microfibres and membranes, resins, stone washings; viscose gauzes, rayon and casual cotton and denim; yarn-dyed fabrics with an increased patterned effect and jacquards with playful structured texture fabrics; cottons with new structured texture fabrics and embossed structures that can be customised.
